How can i help?

  • I have extensive experience with individuals diagnosed or identifying as having ADHD. I use mindfulness, self-acceptance, and practical techniques to handle ADHD challenges while enhancing strengths. I view ADHD as a form of neurodiversity, not a disorder, so my goal is to boost self-awareness and help you work with your mind rather than against it.

  • I am particularily skilled in grounding and mindfulness techniques that drastically improve one’s ability to move through uncomfortable emotions with more ease. This includes my training in yogic and meditative techniques, as well as empirically supported Western approaches.

  • As a queer and genderqueer individual, I bring both extensive lived experiences and professional expertise within the diverse LGBTQ+ realm. This combination allows me to approach issues and challenges with a unique perspective that is informed by both personal insights and professional knowledge.

  • I use mindfulness approaches of self-acceptance and self-compassion to neutralize toxic shame and let you live a more authentic life.

  • Most people come to counselling because they feel unhappy. Whether this is temporary or persistent over a long time. Someone does not need a diagnosis such as depression to be experiencing suffering that deserves help. Whether you identify with the diagnosis of depression or not, I can provide you with a safe space to explore the underlying causes of your unhappiness, new perspectives for approaching how you deal with unhappiness, and tools to foster resilience and wellbeing.

  • Anxiety and stress are normal aspects of human existence. However, excessive amounts of either can be detrimental and unnecessary. Together we can explore new ways to approach life that, over time, reduce the frequency of anxiety and stress. Working with anxiety requires a combination of grounding techniques that immediately ease discomfort while simultaneously confronting it head-on which may require some temporary increases in these experiences to obtain long-term improvements.

  • I focus in mind-body disorders, which show physical symptoms like pain, inflammation, and digestion issues. While all physical problems are affected by mental factors, some are more influenced by the mind. These include chronic pain, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, and inflammatory diseases. My methods aim to reduce physical suffering across various conditions. Clients should remember that I am not a medical doctor and this service is not a substitute for medical advice.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your career, feeling unsure of where your place is in the world, or looking for ways to feel more fulfilled in your day-to-day activities, then this is the place to look. We can use a step-by-step process to work towards a more meaningful, satisfying, and empowering life.

  • Some people already have strong beliefs about the world we live in and what spirituality means to them. Others are searching for meaning and a direction to follow. Regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey, or what your beliefs are, we can work together to explore and deepen these facets of life. Making your experiences meaningful, living in line with your values, and prioritizing what is most important to you are all critical aspects of wellbeing and resilience.

All spiritualities are welcome. However, I have specialized knowledge in Yogic, Kundalini, and Buddhist spiritual traditions.
