Designed to help strengthen each individual's capacity to handle daily stresses and bounce back from adversity.
This fourth session of the resiliency workshop series takes you through a journey of finding resiliency by deepening your authenticity. This fun and interactive workshop uses different practices to get you out of your head and into an embodied sense of play and freedom. Learn to live with more contentment by working with and not against yourself. This approach uses the lens of radical self-acceptance and is informed by the concept of paradoxical intention brought forth by Viktor Frankl.
